For builders, architects & owners

The electrical side of your build, sorted.

We work alongside many of the Byron Shire’s best builders on architectural new homes, extensions and renovations. Our job is to make the electrical side easy: clear quotes from your plans, rough-in and fit-off when the program needs it, and finishes that suit the design.

Because we’re Level 2 accredited, we can also look after temporary builders’ supply and the permanent network connection — so the site isn’t waiting on another contractor.

Homeowners are welcome too. If you’re renovating, we can help plan lighting, power and data early, when changes are easiest and cheapest to make.

Questions

Frequently asked

When should we bring an electrician in?

As early as possible — ideally at plans stage. We can quote from drawings and suggest changes to lighting and power positions before anything is built, which saves time and cost later.

Can you quote from plans?

Yes. Send your plans and any lighting or electrical schedule, and we’ll come back with a clear, itemised quote.

Do you provide compliance certificates?

Yes. All work is tested and certified, and we provide the NSW Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) on completion.

Do you work directly with homeowners?

Absolutely. Many of our renovation clients come to us directly, and we’re happy to work with your builder or project manager too.
